Calibration Program Manager
Summary
Leads and manages engine/powertrain calibration activities across propulsion systems programs at Stellantis in Metro Detroit — handling financial rollups, timing, risk management, and executive reporting while driving cross-functional teams through program milestones and quality gate reviews.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Calibration Program Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading, management and report-out of calibration activities on several Propulsion Systems Programs. The successful candidate will drive calibration tasks cross-functionally to achieve program objectives, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and performance.
Job qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field from an ABET accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years business and technical project leadership experience

- Financial rollups

- Issues/Risk management
- Project report-outs including Directors & Management Reviews
- Lead cross functional teams (through program management and control team meetings)
- Lead Quality Gate Reviews
