Calibration Technician
Location/Office: Bulim Square Tower 1
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm (Might changed to Rotating Shift 9am-9pm/9pm-9am）OR (7am-3pm/3pm-11pm/11pm-7am)
Compensation: Basic Salary + Performance bonus + OT paid accordingly + Transport Allowance + Meal Allowance
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and daily maintenance of calibration test production lines.
- Support analysis and disposition of defective test units.
- Assist in deployment and verification of test software and firmware.
- Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests.
- Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents.
- Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of test line throughput.
- Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents.
Job Requirements：
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in production testing processes, with background in automotive electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing preferred.
- Project Competence: Able to assist engineers in analyzing product defects; prior experience supporting launch and implementation of test fixtures and test systems.
- Process Knowledge: Familiar with full manufacturing workflow of electronic products and product R&D development cycles.
- Basic Hardware Skills: Proficient in basic measuring instruments including multimeter, level gauge, colorimeter, etc.
- Soft Skills: Strong logical analysis and self-learning capabilities, good teamwork spirit, highly responsible.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts (including night shift), weekends, public holidays and overtime after hours as required.
