Description
This is a call center position for a medical specialist clinic. Will need a professional that can provide friendly and helpful customer service. Must be able to speak fluently and type in English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering Patients Inquiries on phone and on whatsapp.
- Professionally responding to phone calls from patients and potential patients, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Scheduling Appointments accurately:
- Book, reschedule, and manage appointments
Working hours :Monday - Friday 830am-530pm and saturday 830am-1230pm
Public holidays and sundays OFF.
