What you'll do

• Customer service in the banking sector with some cross-selling. Multichannel customer service (via telephone, banking application, email, among others)

Nice to have

• Experience in call centers.

• Experience in customer service (preferably in the banking sector).

What you'll get

• Initial contract of 3 months. Joining a stable project, with the possibility of extension

• Working days available:

- Profiles with CATALAN: 35 h/w in afternoon shift (schedule from 15:00h to 22:00h)

- Profiles with CATALAN + ENGLISH: 35 h/w morning shift (schedule from 09:00h to 16:00h) or 39 h/w split shift (schedule from 11:00h to 20:00h)

• Salary according to collective agreement + language bonus

• Location: Barcelona

• Immediate start.
