Call Center Associate (Contract)(Sembawang) #SJN
- Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas
- water heater or appliances.
- Handle customers’ enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation
- related matter.
- Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
- Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
- Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
- Liaise with term contractor/SP Services on any services lapse.
- Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Working Hours:
8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri);
8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)
(Pick up available from Sembawang MRT)
