Requirements

• Minimum 6months-1 year call center experience required
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
• Continuously demonstrate a high sense of urgency to meet customers' needs
• Excellent attention to detail, taking the initiative, and showing drive to get the job done
• Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check and Drug screening
• Possess a high level of Professionalism
• Proven experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem solving skills.
• Ability to understand and empathize with customer's issues
• Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows

• Pay will vary based on the North Carolina location: Rate of pay in training- The first 4 weeks are paid at $12.00 per hour. The 4 weeks of nesting are paid at $13.50 per hour. Rate of Pay after training is based on a pay tier system based on hours worked. $15.00 per hour is top tier= working 36 hours or more. $13.50 per hour is middle tier= working 35.9 hours- 32 hours. $12.00 per hour is bottom tier = working less than 32 hours.
