About the role

Agioglobal ETT is selecting a person to join an important Call Center located in Cornella de Llobregat.

What you'll do

Customer service.

Resolve customer complaints and claims (both via telephone and email).

Reception and sending of emails to clients or collaborators.

Registration and follow-up of internal incidents.

Opening, management, and follow-up of claims.

What we're looking for

A person who is proficient in the IT field and is resourceful.

Adaptable to different functions and interaction with all types of profiles (Clients, suppliers...).
