Call Center Operator – Customer Service and Reservations

What you'll do

Your duties will be:

• Handle and manage calls from customers interested in making reservations and inquiries about our hotels.
• Provide detailed information about our services and promotions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Follow up on reservations and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Participate in ongoing training on products and management tools to optimize the service provided.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in Spanish and English at a high or bilingual level is essential; some of these languages (Italian, French, or German) are necessary
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles, such as Call Center, telephone sales, travel agencies, hotel reception or customer service.
• Excellent sales and communication skills, with a clear focus on customer service.
