CALL CENTER OPERATOR

Receives all incoming appointment related calls for primary care and other depts. as the need arises. Check eligibility for patient appointments and make confirmation reminder calls. Also communicates with the hospital for ER follow up appointments and disperses messages from the answering service. Will perform other clerical support duties. Responsible for daily preparation of the bank deposit.
