Call Center Operator

Position : Command Centre Officer (Call Operator)

Work Location : Jalan Bahar / Commonwealth

Work Days & Time : Shift: 2 Days work, 2 Days Off (Working Hours: 10:00AM - 10:00PM / 10:00PM - 10:00AM)

Salary : Up to $2,600.00 per month

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage calls and provide correct advice in accordance to the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993 (TVCA).
• Manage enquiries/feedback on Tobacco and Vaping related offences by members of public via call and email.
• Case reporting to Duty Manager for follow-up on team deployment.
• Any administrative tasking as assigned by the Service Quality Manager.
