Are you passionate about helping people? We're looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center Team at Furniture Fair!

As a Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of our brand—answering questions, solving problems, and making a difference for our customers every day.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming customer calls

• Provide outstanding service with a professional and positive attitude

• Gather and document caller information

• Resolve issues or escalate as needed

• Support your team and help create a positive environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service or call center experience

• Great phone presence and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule (includes evenings & weekends)

• A team player with a positive attitude
