What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls
  
  
• Schedule automotive service appointments
  
  
• Provide repair status updates
  
  
• Answer basic questions and direct calls when needed
  
  
• Accurately document customer information
  
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, administrative support, banking, or a call center is a plus—but not required.
Schedule
Full-time position with a predictable schedule during our operating hours:

• Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM–7:30 PM
  
  
• Possibility of Rotating Saturdays
