Call Center Representative - Pecos Branch

This is a Part Time job (28 hours per week), 10:00-2:00 M-F and rotating Saturday mornings. You must be able to travel to our Canyon Branch for the Saturday morning rotation shift.

Role:
To assist members and potential members with their telephone, email, and chat requests; explains services, responds to problems, and directs inquiries to the appropriate department when needed.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assists members and potential members with their telephone and email chat requests; answers questions about products and services and; conducts member account transactions. Resolves problems that are within their authority to resolve; refers problems that are beyond their authority to the appropriate department, along with their recommendations.
  
• Sort incoming mail, ensuring all mail items are delivered to the appropriate department or person. Place outgoing mail items in envelopes as needed, apply postage to outgoing mail, and ensure it is ready for pick up time each day.
  
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members.
  
• Maintains member account information on computer system.
