Call Center Research Interviewer - Outbound (Remote)
The Call Center Research Interviewer will assist in completing telephone surveys. The successful candidates will be comfortable speaking on the phone and able to maintain a company set average of calls per hour. We are looking for cheerful, positive self-starters who are inspired by the idea of helping the community share their feelings about important social and living choices!

***THIS IS A PART & FLEX-TIME POSITION, 4 HOURS MINIMUM PER DAY WITH POSSIBILITIES TO DO MORE HOURS SO YOU CAN MAKE MORE MONEY!***

***THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION***
- We'll provide the PC and headset
- We'll provide an Internet support fee of $100.000 COP per month
- This program offers a monthly performance bonus 😁
You’ll
- Place phone calls to potential survey respondents from a predetermined client list
- Perform from a script to ensure consistency of survey calls
- Maintain standards for survey completion and call volume
- Communicate respectfully and genuinely with survey respondents at all times
- Maintain survey tracking documentation
You’ll have
- Must have experience and background in sales or outbound campaigns
- Results-driven
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 + year experience in outbound sales
- Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), predominantly Q.A.
- Experience with MS, MS Office, such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail or organization, ability to multi-task and adapt to change quickly
