Jasco is looking for Consumer Care Specialists that want to go above and beyond for our customers!
The shift is 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Consumer Care Specialists serve our customers with excellence by striving always to exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
- In this role, you will handle customer phone calls and help troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
- As a specialist, you will receive training on all Jasco’s products; including things such as universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
- Consumer Care Specialists also act as a platform for customers to give feedback about our products and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.
