Salary: Up to $2,800 + AWS
Location: Macpherson
Working Days: 5.25 days (Office Hours)

Key Duties:

• Handle incoming calls, enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage booking enquiries as the first point of contact and maintain a positive customer experience.

Key Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is highly advantageous
