You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, CNC Machinists, Quality Engineers, and R&D teams to bring high-precision parts from prototype to production. Your Role As CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing CNC machining programs for complex precision parts and assemblies. You will work on both prototype and production projects, ensuring manufacturability, quality, and process efficiency throughout the entire machining process. You will not only create CAM programs, but also contribute directly to: - machining strategy development, - tooling and fixture selection, - process validation, - quality verification, - and continuous improvement initiatives.
