Lead and supervise the entire camera team during shoots and productions.

Plan camera setups, angles, lighting coordination, and shot compositions as per project requirements.

Ensure high-quality video recording for events, interviews, programs, and studio shoots.

Coordinate with directors, producers, editors, and technical staff for smooth execution of shoots.

Manage camera equipment, accessories, maintenance, and timely servicing.

Assign duties and shooting schedules to cameramen and supporting staff.

Monitor live recordings and ensure proper framing, focus, exposure, and audio coordination.

Train junior cameramen and provide technical guidance whenever required.

Ensure all recordings are properly stored, backed up, and submitted to the editing department on time.

Handle troubleshooting of camera-related technical issues during shoots.
