CAMO Executive Engineer (m/f/d)
- Planning, managing, and monitoring all measures to maintain airworthiness in accordance with EASA Part CAMO/Part M for the LUMINAIR fleet (Falcon 900EX & 7X, Cessna 560XLS & 680A).
- Collaborate and provide support in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) based on manufacturer documentation (MPD, MSM, CMMs).
- Monitoring and implementing Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and technical notices
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues and malfunctions
- Maintaining close and proactive communication with LUMINAIR pilots, including:
- Recording and evaluating Pilot Reports (PIREPs)
- Assisting with MEL decisions and dispatch evaluations
- Clarifying technical questions before and after the flight
- Coordinating with international Part 145 maintenance organizations, including:
- Planning and monitoring line and base maintenance
- Coordinating scope of work, unscheduled inspections, and technical deviations
- Ensuring that all work is performed on time and in compliance with regulations
- Preparation and issuance of work packages and orders to maintenance companies.
- Maintenance and filing of documents in the aircraft’s maintenance history file.
- Maintenance and use of CAMO software (including CAMP, FL3XX).
- Communicating with the customer support teams of manufacturers, engine manufacturers, and aviation authorities.
- Participating in internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to LUMINAIR’s high quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
- Alternatively: EASA Part 66 B1/B2 license with experience on business jets, ideally with the aircraft models operated by LUMINAIR.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations (Part M, Part CAMO, Part 145).
- Experience in a CAMO environment, preferably in business aviation.
- Knowledge of manufacturer systems and portals (CAMP, Field 6, Falcon Portal, 1View, etc.).
- Proficiency in working with technical documentation and maintenance management systems.
- Analytical thinking and a structured, precise approach to work.
- High sense of responsibility and strong safety awareness.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with pilots, technicians, owners, and external partners.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way.
- Independence, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work shifts (early, late, and, if necessary, weekends or holidays) to ensure continuous technical support for the aircraft fleet.
- Flexibility regarding work hours, as well as the ability to work reliably and independently, even in rotating shift schedules.
- A professional demeanor that aligns with LUMINAIR’s premium standards.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong preference for professional working German; additional language skills are an advantage

- Eligibility for a valid ZÜP (Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung) as per §7 LuftSiG
