Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager for a luxury safari lodge in the Timbavati region. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient running.
  

• Maintain exceptional standards of guest service and hospitality.
  

• Lead, motivate and manage the lodge team.
  

• Oversee front-of-house operations, housekeeping and general camp standards.
  

• Manage budgets, stock control and operational costs.
  

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company standards.
  

• Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns professionally.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Camp Manager or senior lodge management role within a luxury safari environment.
  

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  

• Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Sound financial and operational management experience.
  

• A hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a remote lodge environment.
