Position: Area Manager- Coupang Logistics Service (神岡)

Role Overview

作為 Coupang Logistics Service 的區域營運經理（Area Manager），您將負責北區多個物流據點的營運管理，推動卓越營運績效，並領導各項策略性專案，以確保區域內配送服務的高效運作、標準化管理，以及以客戶為中心的服務品質。

工作內容（What You Will Do）

• 負責區域內多個配送站點（Delivery Hubs）的整體營運管理，確保配送效率、準時送達率及客戶滿意度達成公司目標。
• 領導各站點經理與主管團隊，管理人力資源、監督營運 KPI，並推動流程改善與標準化作業。
• 分析各站點的營運績效與流程數據，找出問題根因並主導改善專案，以提升營運效率及成本控管成效。
• 執行公司政策及標準作業程序（SOP），確保所有站點營運的一致性與合規性。
• 主導區域營運策略規劃，並與跨部門團隊合作，支援新流程、新站點及新工具的導入與落地。
• 負責區域營運預算管理及成本控制，並定期向高階管理團隊報告營運成果。
• 建立並發展高績效營運團隊，培育中階管理人才，提升其領導能力與決策能力。

基本資格（Basic Qualifications）

• 具備至少 8 年實體營運管理（Physical Operations Management）經驗，其中至少 4 年具備跨站點或跨區域管理經驗。
• 具備優秀的跨部門溝通與專案管理能力，能在快速變動的環境中推動營運目標達成。
• 擁有出色的數據分析與問題解決能力，並具備以數據為基礎進行決策及流程優化的成功經驗。
• 具備建立、培育及管理中大型營運團隊的實務經驗。

加分條件（Preferred Qualifications）

• 具製造業、倉儲物流、供應鏈、電子商務（E-commerce）或最後一哩配送（Last-mile Delivery）等相關產業背景者佳。
• 具學士以上學歷，商業管理、工程管理、供應鏈管理或相關科系尤佳；MBA 或相關碩士學位者加分。
• 具備良好的中英文溝通能力，能與國際團隊協作並進行簡報與溝通。
