Campaign Analyst
Role description
- As a campaign analyst, you will work closely with the US Applications team. Your role would involve taking ownership of data scrubbing in excel.
- The role would also involve monitoring and analyzing the calls to effectively communicate issues and concerns to the Applications team.
Responsibilities
- Data processing in Excel
- Manually approving calls on an internal tool
- Monitoring the call dashboard and taking appropriate actions
- Escalating any technical issues to the relevant stakeholders and raising red flags if any
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with an eye for details.
- Strong Excel skills
Shift Details
- Timings - 6pm to 4 am IST (US Shift)
