Campaign Analytics, Data Analyst

You will support the recently established Generosity Intelligence team, taking responsibility for performance analytics, reporting and data analysis across all areas of the Sportsbook generosity campaigns. Using your numerical skills, analytical mindset and technological capabilities, you will play a key role in understanding the impact and effectiveness of spend. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation to enhance visibility into generosity campaign performance
• Analyze customer behavior and promotional engagement to uncover trends and identify opportunities
• Conduct exploratory analyses and develop hypotheses that support ongoing optimization of generosity initiatives
• Support campaign measurement efforts by maintaining reporting, validating data quality, and contributing to performance evaluations
• Leverage AI to accelerate and enhance work while managing AI risk of error
• Demonstrate accurate insights using easy to interpret visualizations and clear explanations of results, recommendations, methods, biases and limitations
• Learn necessary skills and techniques to work with independence, integrity and accuracy
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify new value add projects and areas for improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient in SQL & Microsoft Excel with experience of manipulating large datasets
• Knowledge of at least one statistical or programming language a plus, ideally Python
• Undergraduate degree in a numerate or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau an advantage
• Interest in sports an advantage
• Interest or experience in the sports betting industry is an advantage
