This is a great opportunity for a marketing all-rounder, storyteller and expert communicator who enjoys bringing acquisition and brand campaigns to life, creating engaging content and working with agency partners to drive strong outcomes.

We're looking for a Campaign & Content Marketing Specialist to join our team and support two exciting health insurance brands: Queensland Country Health Fund (QCHF) and see-u by HBF. This role offers the opportunity to work across acquisition campaigns, content creation, member communications, website optimisation, social media and performance reporting, working closely with media and creative agency partners to grow brand awareness, acquire new members and improve conversion and engagement. You'll know how to shape clear, compelling messages across different tones of voice, audiences and brands.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate acquisition campaign delivery across digital, content and brand channels, working with media and creative agency partners on planning, assets, approvals and go-live activity.

  • Create clear, engaging content for websites, email, social media and member communications, adapting your writing across different brand voices and audience needs.

  • Support website updates, SEO initiatives, and digital marketing activities.

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve acquisition, conversion and engagement outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, media agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaign activity that supports member acquisition and conversion.

What you'll bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business highly regarded

  • 5-8 years’ experience in campaign coordination, content marketing or a broader marketing role.

  • Proven experience coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of acquisition, conversion and campaign delivery processes.

  • Strong storytelling, copywriting and content development skills, with the ability to communicate clearly across different tones of voice, audiences and brands.

  • Experience managing website content and an understanding of SEO best practice.

  • Great organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • A collaborative approach across stakeholders and ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Experience in B2C marketing, member-based industries, health insurance, financial services or another regulated industry will be highly regarded.
