Working hours: 8am to 8pm / 8pm to 8am / 10pm to 10am

Key Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with campaign enquiries and voucher benefits
Verify passenger eligibility based on campaign requirements
Collect and input passenger details accurately into the system
Perform eligibility and duplication checks before issuing e-vouchers
Assist with queue management and passenger flow during peak periods.
Issue e-vouchers and explain redemption terms and condition
Requirements:
Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with at least 1 year of frontline customer service experience
Meticulous, responsible, and able to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts
