Marketing Campaign
Manager (FTC Maternity Cover - 12 months) - Hybrid role with circa 3 days in the Radstock office
We're
looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager with excellent communication skills,
along with strong organisation and planning skills, creativity and commercial
awareness. You will plan and implement marketing activities which deliver on
the marketing strategy and support the sales strategy, both of which are
aligned to the overall strategic company goals. Your exciting and innovative
campaigns will maximise lead generation through developing methods and
activities promoting our key products, services and new business proposition at
CFH.
Key Objectives
· To generate marketing qualified leads to fuel the
new business development and sales pipeline.
· Maintain rolling three-month plan of campaigns to
target key target sectors informed by Group Head of Marketing and Operational
Sales Manager within budget.
· Execute and project manage campaigns in
collaboration with marketing team, ensuring tasks are delegated and undertaken
to ensure timely campaign launch and delivery.
· Adopt an integrated campaign structure utilising
a multichannel approach employing A/B testing of campaign elements. Optimise
campaigns ‘in-flight’ to achieve best outcomes.
· Review and analyse data and performance of each
campaign to optimise further and maximize ROI. Provide a monthly report on
campaign metrics including ROI.
Key
Responsibilities:
· Create, develop and roll out of CFH’s marketing
campaigns for all CFH Products and Services. To monitor performance of those campaigns and provide a positive return
on investment.
· Maintain a campaign and content calendar aligned
to Strategic Marketing Plan.
· To write and proof-read
creative copy, in line with CFH’s tone of voice and business proposition.
· To update and maintain product user
collateral and marketing material.
· To update and maintain
CFH Websites, regularly adding content, news articles, blogs and campaign
activity.
· To
work with the business development team, providing leads, campaign data, sales
and solution collateral and presentation decks.
· To attend the
fortnightly sector working groups for Health, Local Government and Finance and
working with the group to understand the sector, agree marketing activity and
key messaging with an aim to generate new leads.
· To use
Hubspot CRM for all marketing activity, measuring performance, tracking and
analysis of the database and all
activity.
· Conduct market
research and analysing data to identify and define new and potential audiences
and sectors for CFH’s products and services.
· To carry out client interviews,
write and maintain CFH’s case study and collateral library .
· To contribute
to the monthly report on marketing activity for the
Executive Board.
· Ensuring all
marketing activity is managed in compliance with the GDPR and CFH’s standard
operating procedures. Working with our
DPO’s to continuously monitor and maintain our Data Protection Impact
Assessments (DPIA).
· To monitor
competitors, their messaging and activity.
Requirements
Knowledge
/ Skills/ Qualification
Essential
· Bachelor's degree in marketing or related subject
· Proven marketing campaign planning and execution experience
· Excellent communication and project management
skills
· Good writing skills with adaptability and
creativity to create content in a range of mediums on a variety of topics
Desirable
· Chartered Institute of Marketing Certificate
· Working knowledge of SEO best practice
