Campaign Manager

• Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns with a focus on lead generation and engagement.
  
• Create compelling content and copy for email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand voice and goals.
  
• Analyze campaign performance metrics to determine when to start, optimize, or stop campaigns for maximum ROI.
  
• Ensure accurate audience segmentation, targeting, and database management for campaign effectiveness.
  
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaign goals, creatives, and deliverables.
  
• Utilize marketing automation and email tools (preferably Adestra, Instiller, SendGrid) to design and deliver effective campaigns.
  
• Interpret data insights, generate reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of UK and US accents for smooth coordination with global clients.
  
• Bring creativity and strategic thinking to campaign planning, ensuring every project is both innovative and results-oriented.
  
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, display accountability, and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.

• Sound understanding of marketing principles, campaign strategy, and digital outreach processes.
  
• Hands-on experience in cold email outreach and lead generation campaigns, with working knowledge of DMARC, SPF, DKIM, and DNS setup for email authentication and deliverability.​
