Campaign Manager

Who you are:
2+ years of experience in Ad Networks, SaaS or agencies. Familiar to work with diverse types of clients (brands, affiliates,...) is plus
Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders; proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues, optimize campaigns, and scale revenue
Solid knowledge of open-web advertising formats and management of advertisers
Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Success, or Customer Success Manager in the digital advertising industry
Will be a plus:
Experience with AdTech/MarTech solutions and tools
Prior experience working in a global company and a fast-paced environment
Proven track record with digital advertising platforms
Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics (Other tracker is plus), HubSpot, Slack
What will you do:
Campaign Operations & Optimization: Setup campaigns, check tracking/pixels, A/B test creatives, and optimize KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, widget blacklisting)
Client Management & Upselling: Daily client communication, performance reporting, troubleshooting, and pitching budget scaling/GEO expansions
Internal Collaboration: Work with Sales (client onboarding), Compliance (ad approval), and Publisher teams (traffic quality check)
Billing & Budgeting: Monitor daily spend, manage top-ups, and coordinate monthly invoicing with Finance
