Campaign Manager, Performance Media

The Campaign Manager, Performance Media is member of the Performance Media team and is primarily responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution and operations of paid media campaigns across programmatic channels, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, SEM, and other biddable media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the relationship owner and primary point of contact for an assigned set of Clubs to provide day-to-day support, facilitate calls, and answer questions; the assigned set of Clubs will be fewer/less complex than that of the Senior Campaign Manager
  • Supports day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Video, Audio)
  • Executes test and learn approach to build, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns
  • Provides strategic media recommendations to designated Clubs and Assignments, leveraging the support and guidance from Senior Campaign Managers and Club Manager
  • Identifies and leverages relevant growth audiences on a campaign-by-campaign basis
  • Learns and utilizes internal systems and other biddable media platforms
  • Monitors competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Supports additional projects, as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field, OR equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience developing strategy around, building, and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Foundational knowledge of SEM, Programmatic Display, Video, or Paid Social and optimization tactics
  • Familiarity with bid management platforms (Search Ads 360, Display and Video 360, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.) preferred
  • Proficiency in using AI LLMs to boost operational efficiency is preferred
  • Baseball and sports enthusiast preferred

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Base Salary) + Bonus

As a candidate for this position, your salary and related aspects of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skills, and any other factors MLB considers relevant to the hiring decision.
