Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. We lead Commercial Marketing for Apple Retail in RPAC focused on supporting new product introductions, affordability programs, and key seasonal campaigns at Apple Retail - across apple.com, the Apple Store online, in the Apple Store app, and in stores.

As the Campaigns & Performance Marketing Specialist, you will have a unique role of supporting our seasonal campaigns and programs while also helping to drive defined performance marketing initiatives across our RPAC markets. You will work closely, with support from your manager and with cross-functional teams, to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive engagement and growth for Apple Retail.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience managing marketing campaigns both from a strategic and a campaign operations level
  • Expertise in online and outbound marketing channels and digital marketing touchpoints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; skilled at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike
  • Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines
  • Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics

  • Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels
  • Able to analyze data and identify performance trends that inform marketing strategies and new tactics
  • Proven experience leading, managing and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
  • Experienced in developing clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
  • Able to connect dots between information, different work streams, and key partners to inform the work
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience, MBA a plus
