Are you passionate about handling produce with care and precision? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and manage essential duties relating to the stocking, care, and presentation of fresh produce.

Produce Team Member.

In this role, you will report directly to both the Department Head and Store Manager, working collaboratively to ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high visual standards and in-stock goals.
As a key member of our team, your essential duties and responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service with a smile
• Maintaining visually appealing displays of fresh produce
• Ensuring all products are well-stocked and organized
• Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive work environment
• maintaining product freshness by meticulously checking quality standards
• you will be responsible for providing valuable nutritional information and product usage details to our customers, enhancing their overall shopping experience
• maintaining high standards in our prep areas, sales floor, and racks. Your dedication to these tasks will not only uphold our brand image but also create a welcoming environment for all who walk through our doors
• teamwork and adaptability, which is why as a valued member of our team, you may be called upon to perform additional duties assigned by the Store Manager. This versatility allows us to continuously improve and meet the evolving needs of our customers

Schedule requirements: Weekends and closing shifts

As a Produce Team Member, you'll be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of our business through your hard work and dedication. We are looking for someone who is available on weekends and can be generally flexible with their schedule. Here are some key physical requirements for the role:

• You will be on your feet and moving throughout your shift, so a good level of physical fitness is important.
• You should be comfortable lifting weights ranging from 10 to 50 pounds, sometimes to heights of 10 to 36 inches regularly.
• There may be occasions where you need to use a 2-step or 3-step stool.
• You may also need to maneuver a cart loaded with products weighing up to 200 pounds.
• Please note that parts of your shift may take place in temperatures at or below freezing.
