Campus Pastor

Alive Church is looking for a Campus Pastor to lead one of our campuses with vision, heart, and a deep love for people. This full-time role reports to the Executive Pastor and oversees the campus staff, congregation, and weekend experience.

The Campus Pastor carries the vision and culture of Alive Church to their campus as a shepherd, team builder, and disciple-maker. This is a great fit for someone with a clear calling to pastoral ministry who loves raising up leaders who raise up leaders and building one church, one mission, and one culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the vision, culture, and values of Alive Church at your campus
• Lead healthy, prepared, and spiritually alive weekend experiences, including preaching and teaching
• Shepherd and care for the congregation through crisis, transition, and life moments
• Lead, coach, and develop campus staff, Dream Team leaders, and Alive Group leaders
• Help people move from attending to belonging and serving through Growth Track, Dream Team, and Alive Groups
• Reach and engage the local community through outreach and Big Serve days
• Manage the campus budget, track key metrics, and report on campus performance to the Executive Pastor

Qualifications

• A growing, personal relationship with Jesus and alignment with the beliefs and values of Alive Church
• A clear calling to pastoral ministry and a life that reflects the biblical qualifications for leaders in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1
• Strong preaching, teaching, and communication skills
• Proven experience building teams and developing leaders
• Demonstrated leadership at increasing levels of responsibility
• Working knowledge of budgets, systems, and campus operations

Preferred

• Completion of the Alive Church Campus Pastor Residency
• Experience leading a campus, church launch, or expansion
• Experience serving in a multi-campus church
• Hands-on experience with guest connection, volunteer team, and small group systems

As a staff member of Alive Church, the successful candidate must understand, support, and protect the mission, values, culture, and biblical foundation of Alive Church.
