We are hiring a Campus Recruiter to be outsourced to our client.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of structured internship programmes.
- Assist with end-to-end internship management, including sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management.
- Support the planning and execution of campus engagement initiatives for current and prospective interns.
- Assist in organising campus outreach events, building alumni networks, and exploring collaborations with other business units.
- Contribute to projects such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and talent intelligence initiatives.
- Provide support for ad-hoc HR projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Min Diploma in Human Resource, Business, or a related discipline.
- Min 1 year of HR experience.
- Experience in recruitment or campus recruitment is an added advantage.

- Location: Raffles Place
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Salary: Up to $4,200
- Contract Period: 1 year
