Campus Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and recruiting emerging talent through campus engagement, internship programs, and strategic partnerships with universities and technical schools. Will serve as a brand ambassador for Vector Power while building talent pipelines to support future hiring needs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source candidates through all campus recruitment activities, campus platforms, social media, and job boards

· Partner with Vector Power business leaders and HR to understand and fulfill recruitment needs

· Develop diverse talent pipelines for technical and operational internships and full-time opportunities

· Serve as primary recruitment contact for all campus recruitment related activities and relationships, such as career fairs and university partnerships

· Coordinate selection of candidates, phone screening, and interview scheduling with hiring managers

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.

Job Requirements:

· 3-5 years of campus recruiting experience

· 3-5 years of recruitment, talent acquisition or related experience

· Must be open to traveling up to 30% to various campuses in Texas, some other US locations

· Strong communication, organizational skills and attention-to-detail

· Strong knowledge of campus recruiting practices and talent strategies
