Campus Responder - Night Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with some weekends and holidays
Hours: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Kendal~Crosslands Communities is seeking a dependable and proactive Campus Responder to help ensure the safety and security of our residents and staff during overnight hours. This role is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys working independently, and is committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Patrolling and monitoring campus grounds and buildings
- Responding promptly to emergency situations
- Performing minor maintenance tasks
- Assisting other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to follow and give clear instructions
- Self-motivated with quick response capabilities in emergencies
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under company policy
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays regularly
- Willingness to obtain and maintain CPR certification
