Job Description:
The Secondary Campus Supervisor supports the mission of Rancho Christian School by fostering a safe, orderly, and Christ-centered learning environment where students are challenged to grow spiritually, academically, and personally. This position provides leadership in student supervision, behavior support, and campus operations while partnering with administrators, teachers, and families to promote accountability, restoration, and student success. The Campus Supervisor also provides support within the Educational Support Program (ESP) as needed.

Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience working with middle and/or high school students is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to remain calm, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
- Commitment to Christian education and the integration of biblical principles into daily practice.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive supervision before school, during passing periods, lunch, after school, and at school events.
- Monitor hallways, classrooms, common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and other campus locations to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Enforce school policies, including dress code, cell phone/electronic device use, closed campus expectations, and student conduct.
- Respond to student behavior concerns, facilitate restorative conversations, and maintain discipline records.
- Partner with administrators, counselors, teachers, and families to support student growth and accountability.
- Promote fair, consistent, and redemptive discipline practices that reflect Rancho Christian's mission and values.
- Assist with student support meetings and behavior intervention plans as needed.
- Provide classroom and student support within the Educational Support Program (ESP), including assisting students with organization, assignments, accommodations, and academic success.
- Help cultivate a campus culture that reflects respect, responsibility, integrity, and Christ-like care.
The Campus Supervisor models Christ-like character and views student discipline as an opportunity for discipleship, restoration, and growth while helping create a campus culture where every student is known, supported, and challenged to pursue a higher standard.
Requirements:
- Experience preferred
- Successfully pass Live Scan criminal background check prior to hire
- Obtain certificate of negative result for TB screening prior to hire
- CPR/First Aid certified/ AED
