Campus Support AV Production Technician

The Campus Support Production Technician is responsible for assisting the CS Production Director with overseeing the technical execution of worship services and campus events. This role helps manage audio, video, and lighting while recruiting and training volunteers to ensure all production systems operate effectively.

Position Report to: Campus Support Production Director

Position Classification: Full-time; Exempt

Weekly Schedule: Monday – Thursday; weekend services and special events

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Troubleshoot AVL issues during weekend services, rehearsals and events as needed
  • Ensure weekend media is distributed across campuses
  • Recruit and develop production volunteers
  • Support AVL needs for Campus Support Ministry events, and Campus level services/events as needed
  • Assist with AVL ticketing system
  • Document various aspects of AVL systems (i.e. Stage routing, asset management, patch sheets, etc.)
  • Ensure production gear is functional and coordinates routine maintenance
  • Collaborate with Worship Arts team to prepare for weekend services, midweek services, and special events
  • Other duties as assigned
