Summary

Build high-performance trading systems and data pipelines in C++/Python, optimize low-latency software, and bridge research prototypes to production for a quantitative trading firm.

You will build systems that power trading operations, develop high-performance data pipelines and processing systems, collaborate with quantitative researchers, optimize system performance, create shared research infrastructure, and bridge research prototypes with production-grade software.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve high-performance data pipelines and processing systems
  • Collaborate with quantitative researchers to develop research workflow tools
  • Optimize system performance through profiling, debugging, and architectural improvements
  • Build shared tools and infrastructure for research efficiency
  • Bridge research prototypes and production-grade systems

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in C++ and Python programming
  • Understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, operating systems, compilers, computer architecture, and networking
  • Interest in systems programming and software-hardware interaction
  • Comfort working in a Linux environment
  • Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
  • Ability to translate research requirements into robust software solutions
