Camunda Lead Developer
Role Summary
Lead the solution architecture and technical design for enterprise workflow, BPM, and automation initiatives.
Bring 8–12 years of experience across solution architecture, application development, and enterprise integration.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Camunda BPM, workflow orchestration, microservices, and Java-based frameworks.
Design scalable and secure solutions leveraging Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with modern CI/CD and containerization practices.
Own the overall technical architecture, integration strategy, data flow, scalability, and performance optimization of workflow platforms.
Drive the adoption of BPMN standards, reusable components, automation frameworks, and architecture best practices.
Architect and deliver Camunda-based BPM and workflow applications across complex enterprise environments.
Design end-to-end process orchestration integrating microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and legacy enterprise systems.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Camunda Platform 7/8, BPMN 2.0, and DMN.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Kafka, and cloud-native microservices architectures.
Provide architectural guidance for cloud migration, application modernization, and Camunda transformation initiatives.
Lead POCs, technology evaluations, architecture assessments, and solution recommendations to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
Establish and enforce coding, deployment, security, and architectural standards across development teams.
Mentor technical teams, provide design guidance, and ensure consistent implementation of enterprise architecture and engineering best practices.
