Velvet Alley 是一間位於台北東區的 歐式餐酒館，主打 比利時與德國精釀啤酒 × 西式料理。我們希望找到喜歡美食、啤酒文化與餐廳氛圍的夥伴，一起打造一個有質感又有溫度的餐酒館。

工作內容:
接待客人、帶位、倒水、點餐。
跑單、送餐，協助內外場溝通。
協助餐點擺盤與出餐。
調製基本調酒與飲品。
向客人介紹餐點與啤酒。
收桌、整理環境，維持餐廳整潔。
協助結帳與收銀。

目前以 晚班為主

Velvet Alley European Gastropub – Hiring Team Members

Velvet Alley is a European-style gastropub in Taipei, specializing in Belgian and German craft beers paired with Western cuisine.
We are looking for passionate team members who enjoy hospitality, food, and beer culture.

*Responsibilities:
Welcome and seat guests
Take orders and introduce menu items
Deliver food and drinks to tables
Assist with plating and coordination between the kitchen and service staff
Prepare basic cocktails and beverages
Handle cashier duties and payments
Clear tables and maintain a clean, comfortable dining environment
Help with restaurant setup, cleaning, and occasional decoration

*What You’ll Learn:
Western restaurant service and operations
Cocktail preparation
European beer culture and beer-food pairing
Professional plating and guest service
The restaurant may open for lunch service in the future, so day shifts may be available.
Part-time staff who perform well may be offered long-term full-time positions
Salary will be adjusted based on experience and performance
