- 確認所有的會議及宴席擺設是否符合宴會訂席單上的需求
- 確認餐務工作順暢，讓顧客可以無後顧之憂
- 針對現場營業器具做到監督並管理破損及遺失
- 可以負責特別的工作企劃及做到Chief Steward分派的工作任務
- To ensure all functions and events are fully set in accordance to requirements as stated in the Banquet Event Order
- To ensure the smooth stewarding operations for all events to enhance guest satisfaction
- To monitor and manage breakages and losses to the hotel’s operating equipment
- To handle special projects and assignments as assigned by the Chief Steward.
