? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and screen candidates for Canadian IT requirements through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
  

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Canadian IT positions, including W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements, as applicable.
  

• Understand Canadian IT staffing requirements, client needs, and job descriptions.
  

• Submit qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
  

• Negotiate pay rates and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
  

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for Canadian IT requirements.

Requirements

? REQUIREMENTS

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Canada IT Recruitment.
  

• Strong understanding of the Canadian IT staffing market and recruitment process.
  

• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals.
  

• Knowledge of Canadian hiring practices and employment types.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
  

• Willingness to work the US night shift.
  

• Immediate joining availability is mandatory.
