Job Description:

Job Title: Mechanic

The purpose of the Production Mechanic role is to maximize production output, ensure product quality, and maintain machinery in good and safe working condition.

Work Schedule:
Shift-based schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient operation of production machinery Participate in machine setup according to the production schedule Perform quality control checks and record results Adjust machines to ensure products meet quality standards Inspect incoming raw materials for defects Carry out basic maintenance of machines and auxiliary equipment Maintain cleanliness standards by regularly cleaning machines and production areas Ensure workplace safety through regular machinery inspections

Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

• Experience in operating and adjusting production machinery and measurement equipment
• Compliance with Health & Safety regulations
• Ability to collaborate within a team across various organizational levels
• Flexibility and time management skills
• Experience as an automotive technician will be considered a plus
