Job Summary

The Canteen Assistant ensures high standards of catering, health, safety, and hygiene by cleaning the canteen, pantries, freezers, and store rooms, clearing waste properly, and maintaining equipment and utensils to required cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of catering hygiene and safety throughout the canteen
• Clean pantries, freezers, and store rooms thoroughly to ensure sanitary conditions
• Collect and dispose of waste in designated areas to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Clean equipment and utensils to meet hygiene standards and ensure they are ready for use
