Cantonese Cuisine Chef

Salary: $2,500 - $3,900 (Based on Experience)

Location: Holland Village / Kembangan / Farrer Park

Work Schedule:

9:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 4

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality Cantonese and Chaozhou-style dishes

• Handle wok-frying, steamed seafood, braised dishes, soups, and stews

• Prepare and process fresh seafood independently

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation

• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Cantonese or Chinese Cuisine Chef

• Proficient in wok-frying, steaming, braising, and soup preparation

• Strong seafood preparation and cooking skills

• Experience preparing high-end Chinese cuisine is preferred

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen

• Responsible, hardworking, and committed to maintaining high culinary standards

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
