Sunbelt Home Solutions is growing our Fort Myers canvassing division and looking for a competitive, hands-on leader to help build, coach, and develop our canvass team.

As our Canvass Assistant Branch Manager, you'll work directly with branch leadership to help oversee the day-to-day success of the team. This includes recruiting, training, field coaching, tracking performance, and creating accountability while helping your team consistently generate qualified appointments.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk management position. We want someone who understands that the best leaders are willing to get in the field, set the standard, and lead by example.

What You'll Do

• Help interview, lead, and develop new canvassers

• Lead daily meetings, training, and team huddles

• Coach canvassers on approach, communication, and objection handling

• Set and track individual and team production goals

• Monitor appointments, activity, conversion rates, and overall performance

• Spend time in the field coaching and developing the team

• Create accountability around attendance, activity, attitude, and results

• Motivate the team and maintain a competitive, high-energy environment

• Identify performance gaps and help team members improve

• Develop strong performers into future Team Leads

• Partner with Branch Management to achieve market production goals

Who We're Looking For

You know how to push for results while keeping your team engaged.

You're competitive, organized, comfortable holding people accountable, and aren't afraid to have tough conversations when expectations aren't being met.

• Have previous leadership or team management experience

• Have experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, or direct sales

• Know how to coach and develop different personalities

• Are comfortable managing KPIs and performance goals

• Can motivate a team in a performance-driven environment

• Lead by example instead of managing from the sidelines

• Are confident making decisions and solving problems

• Want to grow into greater branch leadership responsibility

Previous canvassing or door-to-door leadership experience is strongly preferred.

Reliable transportation is required.

Compensation & Benefits

OTE: $60,000–$115,000 annually

• Base Pay + Bonus Compensation
