We're looking for a Canvass Manager ready to step into a leadership role, build a strong team, and help drive our continued growth.

Whether your experience comes from sales, canvassing, field marketing, retail leadership, customer service, or team leadership, we'll provide the training, coaching, and mentorship to help you build a successful career.

We're urgently hiring and eager to find our next leader.

What You'll Do

• Generate qualified homeowner appointments through face-to-face conversations

• Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team

• Learn territory planning, route management, and daily field operations

• Drive team production, accountability, and performance

• Master Sunbelt's proven canvassing and leadership systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Pay

• $1,500 Sign-On Bonus

• Weekly Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

• Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners outdoors

• Coachable and eager to learn

• A strong communicator and natural leader

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license

Experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership is preferred but not required.
