We're looking for a Canvass Van Manager ready to step into a leadership role, build a strong team, and help drive our continued growth.
We're urgently hiring and eager to find our next leader.
What You'll Do

Generate qualified homeowner appointments through face-to-face conversations

Train, coach, and motivate a high-performing canvassing team

Learn territory planning, route management, and daily field operations

Drive team production, accountability, and performance

Master Sunbelt's proven canvassing and leadership systems

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

Competitive, energetic, and self-motivated

Comfortable speaking with homeowners outdoors

Coachable and eager to learn

A strong communicator and natural leader

At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
Experience in sales, canvassing, field marketing strongly preferred.
