An exciting opportunity for a proactive, efficient, and conscientious individual with strong financial and communication skills, who is a team player and enjoys working within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
PMO
Ensure projects are adhering to the methodology–driving standard governance and routine. Flag non-compliance and support corrective action
Track CAPEX commitments and engage stakeholders on PMO governance
Capex
Preparation of the annual 1YP and ensuring a quick start to projects in the new financial year
Accurate tracking and monitoring of capex spend for each Tower
Complete LE phasing with each Product Owner for each Technology project
Track Technology Capex budgets against LEs, reconcile and escalate if necessary
Completion of reconciliations between systems (e.g., SAP, S4, and Syspro)
Ensure costs are allocated to the correct project and identify corrective action if required
Completion of month-end analysis and accurate commentary provided
Preparations of Journals, if necessary, and intercompany cross-charges with valid supporting documentation provided
Highlight risks and opportunities during the month and course – correct where possible
Identify opportunities to improve results continuously
Ensuring AUCs are capitalized timeously
PTP queries resolved and open po’s addressed
Drive a customer-focused mindset in the team
Maintain Capex & PMO dashboard
Preparation for Capex Steerco with VP
Support the PPM Manager in preparing management review presentations, respecting Zone guidelines, templates and timelines
Key Attributes and Competencies:

Minimum Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in finance, management, procurement, commercial or equivalent
Good understanding of sourcing tools (SAP, SRM, Anaplan, Brew Assets, etc.)
