Capital Market Custody Operations Team Member-BPS

• Understanding and staying informed of the changes with procedures and SMF (reference data) guidelines • Good knowledge of Derivative products and its lifecycle • Strong domain expertise • Good communication skills • Good people manager • Experience in managing international Clients • Working experience of Bloomberg and Thompson Reuters • Over 8-10 years prior experience in Ref Data. • Strong verbal & written communication skills - the internal clients are typically in remote locations, so telephone & e-mail skills are essential • Knowledge of Golden Source application • Experience in providing process improvement ideas • Experience is capital Market and Security setup • Participate in regular operations governance and ensure accurate and timely Management Information mechanism • Tracking BAU SLA’s, Team Risk Management and audit requirements • Managing Clients Escalations (Internal and External) • Spearhead transformation and productivity initiatives in the domain with focus to add value to the customer • Monitor workflow and plan resources in line with the operations requirement.
